Job summary

Serko, a cutting-edge tech platform in business travel, seeks a full-stack engineer to join our stack and work in agile teams to activate and onboard new users, improving registration and activation rates.

You will collaborate with product engineering to build scalable frontend and backend features, apply emergent design, automate infrastructure, and support continuous delivery while evolving legacy code and learning about the travel industry.

Qualifications

• Deep technical strength in Next.js/React, TypeScript, and Tailwind, with a focus on accessible, customer-facing applications.
• Fluency with Python is valued.
• Experience integrating shared platform services and improving dev infrastructure (CI/CD, test automation).

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional product engineering teams to create quality software loved by customers.
• Identify and implement process and product improvements.
• Operate in a build-it-and-run-it environment to deploy, monitor and support owned components.
• Collaborate with the team and adopt modern technical practices.
• Learn and grow by sharing knowledge with others.
