Job summary

CrewAI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge our AI technology with client needs. You will implement integrations, design technical solutions, and ensure successful adoption, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.

The role requires deep Python/API expertise, familiarity with AI/ML concepts, and the ability to translate client requirements into robust technical designs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and technologies, including AI agent frameworks and LLMs.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of workflow orchestration, multi-agent systems, or distributed computing.
• Experience building GenAI solutions; knowledge of design patterns, RAG, and databases (SQL/NoSQL) a plus.
• Contributions to open-source AI agent projects or experience with human-in-the-loop systems a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical integration of CrewAI's products into customers’ systems, including API integrations, data pipelines, and custom workflows.
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable solutions tailored to client requirements, leveraging Python and other relevant technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues during implementation and provide timely resolutions with internal teams.
