Job summary

Chapman Tripp is seeking an experienced systems training specialist to design, deliver and continuously improve IT training across onboarding and specialist systems. You will collaborate with the IT and L&D teams to build an onboarding framework that ensures the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

You will maintain SharePoint resources and the Learning Management System, gather learner feedback, and create a sustainable handover plan for long-term IT support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in systems training with adult learning principles.
• Experience in instructional design across online, in-person and on-the-job formats.
• Proficiency with Captivate, Chameleon or Articulate Storyline and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver a broad range of software training solutions.
• Partner with IT and L&D to build onboarding and training frameworks.
• Deliver and streamline IT induction training for effectiveness.
• Integrate AI and digital tools with the training program.
• Maintain SharePoint resources and the Learning Management System.
• Gather learner feedback to keep materials sharp and relevant.
• Build a handover plan for long-term IT Service Desk readiness.
