Job summary

Primary ITO is seeking a proactive leader to drive business development with existing and new agriculture businesses. You will build relationships, shape engagement strategy, and deliver training solutions aligned to customer needs.

This permanent, full-time role offers flexible location within New Zealand and a focus on delivering sound outcomes for agriculture learners through collaborative planning and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business development, customer growth and strategic relationship management initiatives.
• Experience in the education sector and/or vocational learning environments with a strong, credible reputation that is trusted and results focussed.
• Experience partnering with agriculture businesses and/or commercial environments.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support business development initiatives and growth.
• Build and enhance the profile of Primary ITO and provide strategic direction for engagement with agriculture businesses.
• Recommend, develop and implement training solutions based on customers' business training needs.
• Facilitate discussions and planning of annual business plans.
