Job summary

CLAAS Harvest Centre in New Zealand is seeking a hands-on Senior Service Supervisory lead to oversee a team of service technicians, guiding diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on agricultural machinery in the field and workshop. You will coordinate jobs, support apprentices, and ensure safety and efficiency across operations.

The role emphasizes mentoring, strong teamwork, and delivering reliable service to farmers and contractors while upholding Landpower's standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Certified heavy diesel mechanic with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Experience mentoring or training mechanics/technicians.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong safety commitment and work ethic.

Responsibilities
