Job summary

CLAAS Harvest Centre Waikato is seeking a Parts Interpreter who will support workshop and customers by supplying the right parts to get equipment back up and running. This role is based at our Waikato branch.

You will manage enquiries, pricing, stock, and transfers, stay current with product updates, and build strong relationships with customers and the workshop team, delivering outstanding service every time.

Qualifications

  • Experience with parts and inventory systems.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Detail-focused and well organised.
  • Able to work in a team and independently.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
  • Holder of a current driver\'s licence.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers and the workshop to identify what parts are required to get machines back up and running.
  • Manage inventory, deal with stock orders and transfers and maintain a clean, well-organised parts department.
  • Stay up to date with new products, product changes, and improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers and the workshop team, providing outstanding service every time.

What’s the job?

The Parts Interpreter plays a vital role in providing our workshop and customers with the parts they ned to get their equipment back up and running. This position is based at CLAAS Harvest Centre in Waikato.

Who are you?
  • You’ve got a sharp eye for detail, you’re well-organised, and you take pride in getting things done efficiently.
  • You’ve had experience working with parts and/or inventory systems.
  • Customer service is your thing — you enjoy helping others and have a strong work ethic.
  • You’re a team player who also works well independently when needed.
  • You’re confident using Microsoft Office and modern computer systems.
  • You hold a current driver’s licence.
