Qualifications

• At least 1 year of administration, reception, or customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with respect for older people.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with attention to detail and deadline management.
• Compassionate and empathetic, passionate about supporting the elderly.
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the care home.
• Manage reception and welcome residents, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain accurate filing and database records.
• Process day-to-day operational documentation.
• Prepare reports and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collate, code, and process accounts payable invoices.
