Job summary

1 SUPPLIER PTE. LTD. is seeking an After-Sales Operations Lead to supervise day-to-day After-Sales activities, manage service teams, and liaise with clients, partners and European manufacturers. The role includes on-site coordination and providing technical support to engineers and technicians.

The position emphasizes project follow-up, turnover and margin control, and handling RFQs, tenders and commercial offers with strong communication across multicultural teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising after-sales/service teams and projects.
• Strong communication with clients, partners and suppliers.
• On-site coordination and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with RFQs, tenders, and commercial offers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations on the After-Sales business.
• Establish tasks priorities for the Service team according to business plan.
• Maintain business relationship with current clients.
• Develop or capture new business opportunities to extend After-Sales portfolio and turnover.
• Monitor and ensure turnover and gross margins are respected.
• Communicate clearly with clients, partners & suppliers.
• Provide strong technical support & back-up to the Service team of technicians & engineers.
• Ensure projects follow-up by frequent communication with clients, partners and suppliers (both locally and overseas).
• Support the Service team with after-sales projects when necessary: RFQs / tenders; Technical analysis & clarifications; Technical & Commercial offers; Pricing & Ts&Cs negotiation; Resources planning; Service Reports & technical memos; Invoicing.
• Provide on-line technical assistance to clients (phone, WhatsApp & emails).
• Maintain After-Sales projects documentation and folders up-to-date.
• Conduct Service team’s regular performance reviews and define objectives.
• Coordinate on-site jobs independently with clients and a team of Service Engineers & Workers (if required).
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and analyze issues (symptoms, root-causes, tests, solutions).
• Liaise with manufacturers in Europe to resolve clients’ issue.
• Prepare on-site operations, define and write site jobs procedures.
• Participate in Site Acceptance Tests with clients, partners and suppliers (if required).
