Job summary

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and hold a current annual practicing certificate.
• 5+ years post-registration experience, with 2 years in an acute setting.
• Postgraduate nursing qualification or working towards one.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities and demands.
• Experience in a senior nursing, patient flow, coordination or operational role is desirable.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills to plan, coordinate and direct activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across clinical teams and services.
