Responsibilities

• Build trusted adviser relationships through regular phone and virtual engagement.
• Drive profitable sales growth by identifying opportunities across adviser portfolios and supporting targeted business development initiatives.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and proactive support that helps advisers meet client needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, manage adviser transitions, and enhance adviser experience.
• Maintain Salesforce records and use performance insights to improve service effectiveness.
• Promote strong risk and compliance outcomes by supporting training requirements, escalating concerns early, and managing complaints and conduct matters.
