We are seeking an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Administrator to join our Needs Assessment and Service Coordination (NASC) team based at the Talbot Community Health Hub in Timaru.
As a key member of the Community Services team, you will provide professional administrative and customer service support to the NASC service, working closely with clinical staff, patients, whānau, and community providers. This is a varied role that combines reception, administration, data entry, record management, and coordination activities that help ensure people receive the services and support they need.
You will manage a busy reception and telephone environment, maintain accurate patient information, support clinical teams with administrative tasks, and ensure information is handled efficiently, securely, and in accordance with privacy requirements. A strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential for success in this role.

The NASC (Needs Assessment and Service Coordination) service supports people across South Canterbury by assessing their needs and coordinating access to community-based services and support. Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll help facilitate positive outcomes for patients, whānau, and the wider community
