Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking an administrator to join a fast-paced audit support team in Auckland. The role is office-based in Eden Terrace, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start.
You will coordinate daily movement of 10 auditors nationwide and handle workflow entries, updates, travel bookings, and invoicing. Ideal candidates have 1-2+ years in administration, strong Excel, and excellent written and verbal communication.

$65K – $70K per annum, depending on experience

This is a fast‑paced support role within the audit team, working closely with the Team Leader and Scheduler to coordinate the daily movement of 10 auditors nationwide. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
You’re a detail-oriented coordinator or administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle changing priorities with ease. With strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and solid Excel experience, you’ll enjoy taking ownership of your work and ensuring everything is completed accurately.
You are comfortable working in a small team and taking full ownership or your work.
1-2+ years administration or coordination experience preferred; finance or automotive industry exposure is advantageous.
Intermediate Excel skills – Can collate information with ease
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
High attention to detail and confidence working with sensitive information.
Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
Proactive and organised, with the initiative to solve problems and keep things moving.
Able to spot errors, collate information accurately, and maintain a high standard of work
