Job description

Provide clinic administration and reception support for after-hours Richmond Health Hub clinics. Permanent, part-time 0.2 FTE role, two evenings per week, based in Richmond.

About the Role

As an Administration Coordinator within the National Public Health Service, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality public health services. This varied role involves routine clinic administration, reception support, coordinating appointments and meetings, maintaining clinic systems and records, and acting as a key point of contact for health professionals, patients and visitors to the Richmond Health Hub. Working in a collaborative environment, you will help keep clinic operations running smoothly and support the delivery of services that improve health outcomes for communities across Aotearoa.

About the Service
