About the Role
As an Administration Coordinator, you will provide essential day-to-day administrative support and coordination to the regional health protection team, enabling the team and wider service to deliver on work programmes effectively. This role will include a wide variety of tasks supporting the regional protection programmes to be embedded across Te Waipounamu, which will vary over time. Contributing administrative support into emergency responses will be an important role. This position may also support some local administration activities in the area you are based.

You will be required to work with a range of teams and audiences in this role, so you will need to be an excellent communicator who can engage with stakeholders and network across the NPHS Te Waipounamu regional teams and the wider organisation.
