As an Administration Coordinator NCSP Register , you will provide essential day-to-day administrative support, input and update NCSP register information, enabling the team and wider service to deliver cervical screening complying to the NCSP guidelines effectively. This role will include a variety of tasks relating the NCSP Register and pathways to cervical screening. You may also be asked to cover general administration tasks such as preparing and distributing documents, coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, supporting projects, processing invoices, and assisting with financial and procurement activities. This is a permanent 0.8 (64 hours per fortnight) opportunity located at Invercargill. As a key point of contact, the Administration Coordinator NCSP ensures smooth team operations by maintaining effective communication, supporting organisational policies and processes, and managing office resources. The role also promotes a safe and inclusive workplace, supports Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles, and helps achieve positive outcomes for the communities served through efficient and responsive administrative support.
