Job summary

Programmed Maintenance Services in Christchurch, South Island, is seeking an enthusiastic administrator to support accounts payable, stock control, and general operations. You will map data in Excel, process returns, and liaise with internal teams to keep daily workflows smooth.

This 12-month, Monday–Friday role offers $30.00 per hour, with opportunities to gain experience in a well-established organisation and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working with accounts payable processes
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Processing accounts payable transactions on a daily basis
• Managing returns and credits administration
