Purpose of Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Assistant to support our finance and office operations. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of accounting support and general administration.

Key Role Responsibilities
Accounts Support
Assist the accounts team with day-to-day finance administration.
Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate financial records and data entry in accounting systems.
Support bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
Assist with month-end processes and reporting as required.
Administration Support
Provide general office administration support to the wider team.
Support and book travel arrangements.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Coordinate the setup and distribution of IT equipment.
Manage filing systems (digital and physical) ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with document preparation and editing.
Support coordination of meetings and basic office operations
Key Skills & Experience
Previous experience in accounts administration or a similar role.
Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP/AR).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (Xero).
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
