Hawkes Bay Office Products Depot in Napier is seeking an Account Manager - Telesales to join our high-performing sales team. This fast-paced, phone-based role focuses on growing a portfolio of existing customers and winning new business while delivering outstanding service.

You’ll thrive if you’re a confident communicator who can close deals, work collaboratively with colleagues, and meet targets. Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with a competitive base salary and performance-based bonus.

About the Role

We're looking for an Account Manager - Telesales to join our high-performing Hawkes Bay branch.

This is a fast-paced, results-focused role which is phone based, where you'll be responsible for:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers
• Developing new business opportunities
• Reconnecting and winning back previous customers
• Delivering exceptional service and sales solutions that meet client needs

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a natural communicator who loves building relationships, achieving targets, and making every phone call count.

About You

Experience in outbound telesales in a related industry (office supplies, hygiene, packaging, cafeteria, or furniture) is an advantage - but if you have the drive, attitude, and communication skills to succeed, we'll help you learn the rest.
