We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager - Receivables to join our Support Office team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role combines the responsibilities of managing the Accounts Receivable function for an allocated care home while also providing specialist support for Ministry of Health (MOH) funding processes, reconciliations, and payment follow-up activities.
You will work closely with care home teams, residents and families, Health New Zealand, MSD, ACC, and other funding agencies to ensure billing accuracy, timely processing of funding payments, and high-quality customer service.
