Hours of work: 40 hours per week, including rotating weekend schedule
Pay rate: Subject to completed recognised qualifications

About the role:
Organize and run person-centred event programmes for our facility’s residents. Work with your team to formulate individual activity plans for each resident. Ensure a variety of creative activities are brought into the facility and made available.
Duties include:
Supporting residents with social activities, diary planning and personal calendars
Working with a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) to formulate individual activity plans for residents
Liaising with the team to ensure a variety of activities are brought into the facility
Working within budgeted parameters
