Avanti Finance in Auckland is seeking an Account Manager to support and grow our dealer and introducer network. You will learn the business from an experienced BDM, build trusted relationships, and become the main contact for our introducer network.

This role is suited for someone who values personality, attitude and the ability to build trust as much as experience. You will regularly meet dealers, provide guidance on applications, and deliver onboarding and training while gradually managing

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service or sales roles with a focus on relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with dealers and introducers.
• Ability to learn products, processes and lending criteria quickly.
• Proactive problem-solving and a customer-first mindset.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and introducers across Auckland.
• Visit introducers regularly and become a trusted point of contact.
• Provide guidance on applications and supporting documentation.
• Explain lending criteria and how to present applications.
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training on systems, products and processes.
• Respond to enquiries and collaborate to resolve issues.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
