Job summary

We are looking for a capable and motivated 2IC (Second-in-Charge) to join our venison processing facility and work closely with the Plant Manager to ensure the day-to-day operation of the plant runs safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who is confident leading a team, can manage competing priorities, and is not afraid to get stuck in and do the work alongside the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a production team to meet daily targets.
• Manage production workloads and ensure safety, efficiency and high standards.
• Work closely with the Plant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance.
