As Robot Fleet Operator, youâll be part of the team that keeps Kilterâs growing fleet of robots running smoothly in the field.âll monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide first-line support to our farmers. Youâll also work closely with our development and operations teams to identify patterns, improve systems, and make sure every farmer gets real value from AX-1.
This is a handsâon role in a fastâgrowing tech company. Some days youâll dive into system dashboards and data; other days youâll be in direct dialogue with customers, solving problems and keeping things moving.
You donât need to be an engineer â but you should be curious about technology, structured in how you work, and thrive when thereâs a lot happening at once.
