A global technology company is seeking a VP Sales for Korea and Japan. This role involves leading sales strategies, driving customer relations, and shaping a strong sales team culture. As our current VP Sales for Korea and Japan will move to another position during 2026 an exciting opportunity is here! We are starting the process of preparing for his replacement and the new VP Sales Korea and Japan will be working alongside the current leader for several months to prepare for a solid hand-over.
As VP Sales for Korea and Japan, you are responsible for driving sales and securing strong customer relations and capturing the market growth in the countries. You will lead a highly motivated and competent team and be working closely with our regional sales team, sector sales teams and product centers to secure and deliver on order intake and customer projects.

The role reports to SVP Sales & Marketing APAC and is part of the APAC Global Sales & Marketing Leadership Team.
You will also participate in the Korea country management team, where you will both represent Global Sales & Marketing but also form part of a management team providing leadership to the Korea organization.
