Job summary

Apollo Research is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own customer deployments end to end for Watcher, our coding agent security product. You will run technical evaluations, deploy Watcher into customer environments, and build integrations with their security stack, CI/CD, and IAM systems.

As one of the first dedicated customer-facing engineers, you will shape how Apollo deploys and supports Watcher, with opportunities to grow into solutions architecture or core product roles as the company

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and shipping production software.
• Proficient in Python and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud environments and deployment tooling.
• Excellent communication with engineers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own customer deployments end to end across cloud, on prem, and self-hosted backends.
• Build integrations between Watcher and customer environments.
• Tune monitors and validation on real traffic.
• Provide white-glove support and collect product feedback.
• Lead POC and technical evaluation with prospects.
• Turn deployment experiences into reusable docs and tooling.
