Apollo Research is building Watcher, a coding agent security product. This role is an IC position with potential growth, working on end-to-end features across backend, frontend, and integrations. You will own large parts of the product, ship rapidly, and collaborate with teams to deploy in varied environments.

You will thrive in a startup pace, shaping product decisions with users, and contributing to scalable, secure solutions across data processing, monitoring, and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building production software.
• Full-stack capability with backend APIs, data pipelines, databases, and frontend UI.
• High ownership and ability to ship features with minimal guidance.
• Comfort with startup pace and ambiguity, ability to work fast.

Responsibilities

• Ship product end to end across the stack, from hooks to UI to integrations.
• Design and operate backend systems for real-time processing of large data volumes.
• Build enterprise integrations and support flexible deployment models (cloud, on-prem, local).
