Job summary

Kennedy Pearce Consulting is partnering with a world-renowned FMCG brand to appoint a Senior IT Manager in Central London. You will lead a four-person IT team, acting as the primary link between IT and the wider UK business, delivering services aligned with the global technology strategy.

The role reports to the UK Finance Director, requiring hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment. Base salary is £85,000-£95,000 with up to 25% annual bonus and a four-days-in-office pattern with one

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a small IT team.
• Background in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
• Strong IT service management and ITIL experience.
• IT project management and delivery experience.
• Good understanding of end-user computing, networking, vendors and security.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track record of motivating teams and driving positive change.
