Nivoda in London is seeking an Operations Manager to lead fulfilment performance at the UK hub. You will own KPIs across intake, QC, shipping and returns, enforce standards, and build strong relationships with suppliers, carriers and partners.

This hands-on role includes coaching a 3-person team, rolling out new workflows, and collaborating with global teams to scale operations in a fast-growing jewellery tech company.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in operations, fulfilment, logistics-based roles or luxury goods
• Extensive experience directly managing people or leading teams
• Demonstrated ability to execute daily operational workflows
• Clear, effective communication and highly organised
• Adaptable in a fast-growing company with evolving processes

Responsabilités

• Own UK Hub Logistics & Fulfilment Performance, KPIs across intake, QC, shipping and returns
• Lead end-to-end performance, ensure SLA adherence
• Drive daily execution, scalability and process robustness
• Mentor a 3-person team and conduct regular performance conversations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UK fulfilment, support, suppliers and global teams
