Job summary

Advanced Global Health Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our London-based team. You will support back-office and logistics activities, work with 3PL partners, manage stock, orders, and data across systems, and contribute to process improvements.

This role offers a structured onboarding, mentoring, a flexible hybrid work arrangement, and a salary of £25,000–£30,000 with a performance bonus, plus a personal development budget and opportunities to grow within the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations, supply chain, logistics coordination, procurement or IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day liaison with 3PL partners on stock, dispatch and delivery queries.
• Support stock maintenance, monitoring and replenishment communications for allocated product lines.
• Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records across operational systems/platforms.
• Support data entry, reporting and basic data analysis for the Operations Manager.
• Assist with document control and ISO9001 related administrative tasks.
• Act as day-to-day point of contact for internal operational queries.
• Support efficiency improvement projects across operations.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvements as needed.
