Neat is seeking a dedicated Order Fulfilment Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across EMEA. You will handle customer orders, coordinate shipments, and liaise with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Your role focuses on resolving complex issues, improving order quality, and maintaining seamless communication with internal teams and external partners. Based in the UK or Netherlands with right to work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of order management experience.
• Based in The Netherlands or UK with full right to work.

Responsabilités

• Assist in running the day-to-day order fulfilment operations for EMEA and other regions as assigned.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for all order-related issues across EMEA, driving timely resolution.
• Participate in order management initiatives to improve order accuracy and customer experience.
• Receives, prioritizes, and processes customer orders; schedules and releases orders for shipment.
• Investigates and resolves complex customer complaints including RMAs and reverse logistics issues.
• Adheres to company guidelines and maintains accurate input, invoices, and reports.
• Facilitates interaction between customer service, warehouse, accountants, credit managers, sales, and marketing.

The Opportunity

• Assist in running the day-to-day order fulfilment operations for EMEA and other regions as assigned. Day-to-day operations are customer service, processing of customer orders, logistics and delivery tracking, order support, and interaction with supply chain partners.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for all order-related issues across EMEA, driving timely resolution of complex customer, operational, and cross-functional challenges.
• Participate in order management initiatives, partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to improve order accuracy, fulfillment performance, and customer experience.
• Receives, prioritizes, and processes customer orders; schedules and releases orders for shipment according to sales policy and customer requirements.
• Investigates and resolves complex customer complaints including RMA's and reverse logistic issues
• Adheres to company sales order processing guidelines and maintains accurate computer system input, invoice and report output, and system operation procedures.
• Assists in developing and monitoring operating goals and objectives.
• Facilitates interaction between customer service, warehouse, accountants, credit managers, sales, and marketing.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years relevant order management experience
• Based in The Netherlands or UK with full right to work.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

• Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
• Prior order management / order fulfillment / supply chain experience
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
• Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports.
• Knowledge of procedures and documentation for the processing and placement of retail customer orders.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems including RMA's and reverse logistic issues.
• Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
• Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
• Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
