Job summary

Vinted Go is seeking a Team Lead Warehouse Operations to organize and lead the warehouse team, ensuring the timely processing of customer products and maintaining safe, high-quality operations across the facility.

You will work closely with the shift manager and logistics teams, driving improvements, training staff, and reporting on performance while upholding safety and production standards. The role is initially a one-year fixed-term assignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse logistics or warehouse operations.
• Leadership skills and a strong team orientation.
• Sense of responsibility and quality awareness.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Experience with warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet trucks, conveyor belts) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Advantage: experience with process optimisation or Lean Management.
• Advantage: experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team and allocate tasks according to the shift manager’s instructions.
• Ensure the timely and high-quality processing of customer products.
• Train and support employees as needed.
• Oversee the receipt, inspection, sorting, packing, and shipping of products.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
• Collaborate with the shift manager and report any issues or improvement suggestions.
• Motivate the team and independently resolve issues in the absence of the shift manager.
• Prepare shift reports and continuously optimise warehouse processes.
