Job summary

Oda is seeking a Fulfillment Operating Manager to lead a day shift in the Norwegian distribution network. You will manage safety, quality and efficiency, coaching team leaders and frontline staff to deliver reliable operations.

You will engage in hands-on problem-solving, use data to drive decisions, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role is based at Drammensveien 189, Lierskogen.

Qualifications

• Operational leader with broad personnel responsibility.
• Experience forming a strong team culture.
• Familiar with warehouse management systems and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving mindset in hectic operations.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data as analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee your shift's performance across safety, quality, wellbeing and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and take action to meet targets.
• Coach and develop team leaders and frontline staff.
• Support operational needs and address concerns per company standards.
• Lead RCAs on near-misses or injuries and ensure timely follow-up.
