Job summary

NES Fircroft in Stavanger seeks a Technical SCM Coordinator to support tendering for large EPC/EPCIC projects. You will coordinate preparation and review of technical tender documentation, align technical input with commercial and contractual requirements, and monitor milestones and schedules.

The role requires a relevant engineering degree, extensive oil & gas tendering experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Experience from oil & gas projects and tendering activities.
• Experience with EPC/EPCIC contracts and technical tender docs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation and follow-up of technical tender documentation.
• Provide technical input to commercial and contractual parts of the tender.
• Maintain overview of tendering activities, milestones and schedules.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical input for complete tender documentation.
• Prepare Technical Evaluation Procedures and coordinate bid evaluations.
• Provide regular status reporting on progress, risks and decisions.
