Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in tendering, sales, or project management.
• Bachelor Science degree (technical background preferred).
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing large, complex projects and cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Developing tender strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager and core team.
• Coordinating cross‑functional teams of 15–20 experts.
• Defining and implementing robust project execution plans.
• Leading internal review processes and ensuring alignment with Nexans’ standards.
• Supporting commercial and contractual negotiations with clients.
• Ensuring a smooth transition from tender to project execution.
• Promoting Quality and HSE in all tender activities.
