Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, completed by Aug 2027.
• Good written and oral communication in Norwegian and English.
• Knowledge or experience with risk management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to health, safety, security, sustainability, and environment performance improvements within the unit.
• Promote cost efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure application of best practices and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Support risk assessments, barrier management activities, and risk exposure monitoring for designated installations.
• Provide technical guidance on safety matters and risk reduction measures.
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams, suppliers and other disciplines.
• Develop and implement technical safety measures and improvement initiatives.
