Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Education within Reservoir or Production Technology and related disciplines.
• Programming (Python, JavaScript) capabilities are an advantage.
• Relevant software competence and the ability to learn new tools.
• Up to three years of relevant full-time work experience.
• Operational experience and experience from field development projects is advantageous.
• Innovative and digital mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) and good English.
• Excitement about living and working from Harstad.

Responsibilities

• Daily production and energy optimization, well monitoring and performance.
• Operational planning and follow-up in a multidisciplinary team.
• Well maturation and interventions.
• Production technical input to field development projects.
• Energy efficient production optimization and emission predictions.
• Carbon capture and storage projects.
• Contribution to digitalization and improvement initiatives.
