Job summary

Expect to work across offshore and onshore teams, gaining exposure to regulatory compliance and continuous improvement while contributing to safer operations and barrier management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Process Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
• Completed degree by August 2027.
• No more than three years of relevant full-time work experience.
• Formal experience is not a requirement.
• Knowledge or experience with risk management is an advantage.
• Excellent written and oral communication in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Improve health, safety, security, sustainability and working environment performance within the unit's scope.
• Promote cost efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply best practices and support knowledge sharing.
• Monitor and document the integrity of safety-critical systems and barriers.
• Identify updates needed for technical plans in the safety discipline.
• Support risk assessments and barrier management activities.
• Provide guidance on technical safety matters and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with offshore, onshore, suppliers and technical disciplines.
