Equinor is seeking an Engineer for Subsea Technology as part of the North Development Program 2027, based in Harstad or Stjørdal in northern Norway. You will gain hands-on subsea operations experience and contribute to design, installation, and lifecycle management of subsea systems.

We welcome graduates with a subsea technology, automation, cybernetics, or mechanical engineering background and up to three years of relevant experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in subsea technology, automation, cybernetics, or mechanical engineering.
• Completed degree by August 2027.
• No more than three years of relevant full-time work experience.
• Knowledge or experience with subsea facilities in operation or project phase.
• Good written and oral communication in Norwegian and English.
• Ability to communicate requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to live and work from Harstad or Stjørdal.

Responsabilidades

• Gain hands-on experience in subsea operations and troubleshooting.
• Follow-up technical integrity of subsea systems.
• Provide technical and operational support.
• Coordinate maintenance, modifications, and commissioning of wells.
• Contribute to discipline delivery teams.
• Follow-up technical plans and lifetime evaluations.
• Assist in audits and verifications.
• Support safe and efficient operation of subsea projects.
