Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience hiring across multiple markets and roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring flow from market mapping to offer.
• Hire across Commercial, Corporate, Tech & Product in all markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to keep hiring a team effort.
• Keep pipelines warm even when not actively hiring.
• Use data and AI to streamline processes.
• Drive employer branding with Marketing across Europe.
