Job summary

Naimar in Oslo is seeking a hands-on Head of Supply Chain to lead purchasing, material planning and supplier follow-up. You will collaborate with production, warehouse and engineering to ensure materials are available when needed and to optimize procurement processes.

The role combines strategic oversight with attention to detail. You will own MRP activities, negotiate with suppliers and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain in a growing technology environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain management with procurement/purchasing or material planning
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Understanding of production and material flows
• Fluent Norwegian and strong English (C1)

Responsibilities

• Manage MRP proposals, material requirements and purchasing needs
• Create, place and follow up purchase orders
• Ensure timely material availability for production
• Monitor deliveries, lead times and supplier performance
• Follow up on delays, deviations and shortages
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers
• Work closely with production, warehouse and engineering
• Identify supply risks and take preventive action
• Maintain accurate purchasing data in ERP/MRP systems
• Contribute to improving procurement and supply chain processes
