Job summary

Krush Tech Talent Team is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing, material planning, MRP and supplier follow-up. You will collaborate with production, warehouse, engineering and suppliers to ensure materials are available when needed.

The role combines strategic thinking with attention to detail and ownership mindset. Key focus areas include managing MRP proposals, placing purchase orders, optimizing material availability and monitoring supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or material planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Understanding of production and material flows.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
• A practical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Commercial awareness and confidence in supplier communication.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage MRP proposals, material requirements and purchasing needs.
• Create, place and follow up purchase orders.
• Ensure timely material availability for production.
• Monitor deliveries, lead times and supplier performance.
• Follow up on delays, deviations and shortages.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers.
• Work closely with production, warehouse and engineering.
• Identify supply risks and take action before they impact production.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and material data in ERP/MRP systems.
• Contribute to improving our procurement and supply chain processes.
