We are looking for a Head of Supply Chain to join our growing team in Oslo Metro Area.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for purchasing, material planning, MRP and supplier follow-up. You will work closely with production, warehouse, engineering and suppliers to make sure the right materials are available at the right time.

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving practical problems and keeping things moving — someone who is comfortable working both strategically and in the details.

Your responsibilities

• Manage MRP proposals, material requirements and purchasing needs

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management combined with experience in procurement, purchasing, or material planning
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Understanding of production and material flows
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• A practical and solution-oriented mindset
• Commercial awareness and confidence in supplier communication
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Native-level Norwegian and good communication skills in English (at least C1).

Experience from manufacturing, electronics, engineering or another technical environment is an advantage.
