Nexans is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead the Grid & Connect Norway supply chain, ensuring on-time product delivery and customer satisfaction while building a high-performing team.

You will own end-to-end planning, S&OP processes, inventory optimization, and working capital, driving Lean practices and safety culture.

The role reports to plant management and requires a university degree, management experience, and strong supply chain knowledge.

Qualifications

• University degree in business or engineering, preferably in supply chain.
• Management experience in a supply chain context.
• Strong supply chain knowledge and IT understanding.
• Experience with S&OP is preferred.
• Industrial experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Supply Chain department for Grid & Connect Norway.
• Ensure correct service levels and optimal stock and working capital.
• Responsible for Purchasing, Sourcing, Planning, and S&OP.
• Lead and develop the team with focus on safety and competence.
• Further develop Lean methodology and business efficiency.
• Influence and analyze important strategic decisions for competitiveness.
