Job summary

Isar Aerospace SE is seeking a Supply Chain Management Specialist to oversee procurement of goods and services for our launch operations in Norway. You will source materials, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and records in SAP.

You will work with central team in Germany, process purchase orders, quotes, and invoices in SAP and Xledger, and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes across production and logistics.

Qualifications

• Education/experience in economics, logistics, procurement, or similar fields.
• Strong negotiation and commercial understanding.
• Good written and verbal English and Norwegian communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, Xledger and Excel.
• Structured, accurate, and solution-oriented working style.
• Collaborates well across teams and locations.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• High integrity and sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Procure goods and services per company needs; source specialized materials for launch operations.
• Collaborate with central procurement team in Germany to leverage supplier contracts.
• Create and maintain purchase orders, contracts, and invoices for traceability.
• Obtain quotes from multiple suppliers and compare options.
• Monitor supplier performance on quality, price, and delivery.
• Coordinate with production and warehousing to ensure material flow.
• Record and update orders in SAP and Xledger.
• Contribute to procurement process improvements and compliance.
• Support tender processes when required.
• Ensure documentation adheres to internal procedures.
