Job summary

Krush Tech is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to oversee purchasing, material planning, MRP and supplier follow-up. You will partner with production, warehouse and engineering to ensure materials are available at the right time.

The role requires ownership, practical problem solving and the ability to work both strategically and in detail. Excellent Norwegian and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or material planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Understanding of production and material flows.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
• A practical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Commercial awareness and confidence in supplier communication.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English.

• Create, place and follow up purchase orders.
• Ensure timely material availability for production.
• Monitor deliveries, lead times and supplier performance.
• Follow up on delays, deviations and shortages.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers.

• Identify supply risks and take action before they impact production.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and material data in ERP/MRP systems.
• Contribute to improving our procurement and supply chain processes.
