Job summary

Sector Alarm is seeking an experienced HR partner to support the Product & Technology organisation in Oslo. You will shape organisation design, workforce planning, and talent initiatives to enable growth and strong people outcomes.

You will report to the Group HR & Talent Acquisition Director, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive HR processes across markets, including performance, calibration, engagement and leadership development, with focus on AI readiness.

Qualifications

• Several years of HR experience supporting a technology, product or consulting organisation.
• Background from working in a technology company, or strong familiarity with tech roles.
• Strong experience in organisational development, talent management and change leadership.
• Solid employee relations experience and knowledge of Norwegian employment practices.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product & Technology leaders to scale HR processes.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
• Strengthen leadership, team performance across markets.
• Run key people processes with standard across markets and levels.
• Help leaders prepare for AI and evolving technology skills.
• Create great employee experience and ensure compliance across markets.
