Job summary

TUI is seeking a Senior People Services Manager to lead HR Operations, Payroll and advisory across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. You will shape the Nordic People Services Hub, align processes, and ensure compliant, high-quality employee support in a multinational setting.

You will partner with business leaders, coach managers up to Band 4, and drive digital, AI-enabled HR delivery with a focus on efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, People Services or HRBP environments.
• Multi-country experience with compliance considerations across Nordics.
• Payroll governance and service delivery know-how.
• Comfort with digital tools, data, automation and AI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR Operations, HR Advisory and Payroll across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
• Guide Nordic teams delivering employee lifecycle support for managers and colleagues.
• Drive development of the Nordic People Services Hub with standardized processes.
• Champion responsible AI, automation, self-service and digital HR solutions.
