Job summary

Saferoad Group seeks an experienced HR leader to head Group HR at the Oslo headquarters, guiding strategy, governance, and execution across geographies. You will partner with the CHRO to translate priorities into concrete HR programs and processes.

The role combines strategic development with hands-on leadership, recruitment oversight, and performance management to build capable leaders and strong teams across the international group. Some travel is anticipated.

Qualifications

Higher relevant education in HR, organization, or leadership.
Experience with strategic HR in large companies or groups.
Proven ability to influence senior leadership and deliver results.
Experience with organizational development and change management.
Experience developing HR processes and ways of working.
Strong strategic plus operational execution skills.
Fluent in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement group-wide HR processes and ways of working.
Lead and coordinate the group’s HR team across geographies.
Own and develop the HR function at the Oslo headquarters.
Lead recruitment at headquarters and contribute to talent acquisition strategy.
Oversee performance management, employee development, and compensation at headquarters.
Ensure HR governance, compliance, and adherence to laws and guidelines.
