Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS seeks a Cyber Security - System Integration specialist for the Stord site, with offshore rotation, focusing on planning, execution and supervision of cyber security activities across project systems. You will ensure secure integration, liaise with IT/OT, and drive safe handover to Asset Operations upon commissioning.

The role requires experience in cyber security for OT/IT environments, knowledge of IEC 62443 standards, and strong collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience with cyber security in OT/IT environments.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443/DNV-RP-G108 and related standards.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent planning and organizing abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise cyber security activities across project systems.
• Ensure commissioning is safe, efficient and aligns with project strategy.
• Hand over plant and equipment to Asset Operations after commissioning.
• Coordinate with IT/OT operations and alliance teams to ensure cyber security integration.
• Review technical documents to ensure consistent cyber security implementation.
