JDE Peet’s in Norway is seeking a Business Controller who will act as a strategic partner to the sales organization, translating data into actionable recommendations to drive profitability. You’ll manage trade spend, pricing decisions and report to the Norwegian Finance Manager as part of a small local team.

You will collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize campaigns and profitability, while maintaining rigorous internal controls and budgeting processes.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in controlling, ideally within FMCG.
• Solid understanding of trade spend mechanisms and pricing dynamics.
• Strong English skills; Scandinavian language is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as a commercial business partner to the Norwegian Retail Sales team.
• Control of customer & category performance.
• Ensure strong control, follow-up & analysis of trade spend.
• Regular financial performance tasks; Budgeting, Closing, Forecasting & Internal controls.
• Business partner for marketing as an A&P cost controller for Norway.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships across finance, sales & marketing.
